About the Role:

Embark on an enriching journey by joining our Vendor Management team as an enthusiastic intern for a 1-year contract. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assisting with vendor spend analysis, ensuring the meticulous upkeep of vendor management documents, and fostering collaborative relationships with various business teams tasked with overseeing vendor relationships.


Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of Vendor Management Documents: Your daily and monthly tasks will involve the diligent upkeep of crucial vendor management documents, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.

- Documentation of Vendor Spend Categories: You'll be responsible for documenting content related to vendor spend categories across different business units and regions, providing valuable insights into expenditure patterns and trends.

- Identification of Key Contacts and Stakeholders: Identifying key contacts and stakeholders for each engagement and vendor spend will be essential for effective communication and relationship management.

- Documentation of Issues and Reconciliation: Documenting issues and facilitating reconciliation related to invoice adherence reports will contribute to maintaining transparent and efficient vendor relationships.

- Additional Duties:  As a versatile team player, you'll also be expected to undertake any other duties assigned by your supervisor, offering flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs.
