Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, text, and chat channels. Our customers are diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to engage with them, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Engage with clients, solve their issues, and meticulously update records. Whether it’s a missing order, a sizing question, or a product inquiry, you’ll be the bridge between Fresh Prints and our valued customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions. From logistics to design, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 2-4 years of customer service experience. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role, your skills are transferable.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with help desk software (minimum of 1 year). You’ll be using tools to track inquiries, manage tickets, and provide timely responses.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in phone and chat-based support. Clear communication is key, whether you’re explaining a return process or helping a student choose the perfect sweatshirt.
- Attitude: A neutral accent, positive demeanor, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Our customers appreciate friendly and patient interactions.
- Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to work during EST hours. Sometimes, you’ll need to think on your feet and find creative solutions.
