Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Mass Counseling:
- Utilize virtual platforms to conduct mass counseling sessions for students and their parents.
- Provide guidance and information regarding course offerings, academic support, and educational resources.
- Address concerns, queries, and inquiries from both students and parents in a supportive and informative manner.
2. Conduct Online Live Classes:
- Prepare and deliver engaging and informative live online classes for students in grades 2nd to 6th.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, multimedia resources, and virtual learning tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of course content and maintain a structured and organized online classroom environment.
3. Deliver Engaging Science Lessons:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials for science subjects tailored to the specific needs and learning levels of students.
- Create dynamic and interactive presentations, experiments, and activities to make complex scientific concepts more accessible and engaging.
- Incorporate real-life examples, case studies, and hands-on learning experiences to promote deeper understanding and retention of scientific principles.
4. Facilitate Two-Way Communication:
- Foster an open and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Establish effective communication channels to facilitate student interaction, feedback, and discussion.
- Encourage students to ask questions, share ideas, and express their thoughts and opinions, promoting critical thinking, curiosity, and intellectual curiosity.
5. Provide Individualized Support:
- Offer personalized assistance and support to students who may require additional help or guidance to succeed academically.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to address individual learning needs and challenges.
