Job Description:
- The Research Associate will be a vital member of Numerator's Survey Decking Team.
- Responsibilities include translating tab plans into crosstab deliverables, manual coding of open-ends (when required), creating data visualizations, quality checking data, analyzing survey results, and crafting strategic deliverables for clients.
- The role involves being the primary point of contact for assigned survey projects with U.S.-based team members.
Shift Timings:
- Rotating Shifts:
- General Shift: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. IST
- Late Evening Shift (5 days in a month): 5:30 PM IST–2:30 AM IST
Requirements:
- Skills Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a passion for marketing, research, and account management or growth.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with data processing software (R, Q, SPSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong data storytelling skills are necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance insights using available data sources.
- Experience in FMCG or working with large data sets is advantageous.
- Experience with iconography, graphic design, and data visualization is preferred.
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude are important.
