Responsibilities:

1. Document Management: Organize and maintain various documents and files, ensuring easy access and efficient storage.

3. Procurement Support: Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples as required by the company's operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.


4. CRM Management: Maintain and update information for marketing and sales campaigns using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.


5. Financial Administration: Handle various financial tasks such as creating and sending statements or invoices, tracking payments, and recording company expenses, contributing to the smooth financial operation of the business.


6. Research and Reporting: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and other relevant topics, and prepare comprehensive reports based on findings to aid decision-making processes.


7. Project Coordination: Monitor projects, facilitate internal communication among team members, and organize company data to ensure efficient project management and collaboration.


8. Calendar Management: Coordinate team calendars, manage scheduling to prevent conflicts, and ensure that clients are well-prepared for meetings and appointments.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, demonstrating proficiency in various administrative tasks and responsibilities.

- Must be at least 18 years old and have completed Senior High School education.

- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to work during graveyard shifts to accommodate clients in different time zones.

- Tech-savvy with familiarity with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

- Proficiency in word-processing software, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office), and online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and undergo training as needed to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
