Job Overview:
This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel for company events. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be engaging with potential clients, mostly through calls and video meetings.
What You'll Do:
Your main tasks will be:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the software industry.
- Using tools to understand what these clients need.
- Coming up with strategies to engage with key decision-makers.
- Developing a tailored approach for reaching potential clients in the US.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Contacting clients through various channels to schedule meetings.
- Ensuring that potential clients are a good fit for Sprinto's services.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and explaining how Sprinto can help them.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software or B2B.
- A proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to assess if a client is a good fit for Sprinto.
- Experience with sales methodologies.
