Role And Responsibilities:
1. Organize Mentor Sessions: As part of your role, you will be responsible for organizing mentor sessions in either a one-to-one or one-to-many format. These sessions aim to address common doubts among learners, provide additional practice problems, or delve deeper into specific topics covered in live sessions.
2. Provide One-to-One Doubt Solving Sessions: You will be required to be available for at least 4 hours every day to conduct one-to-one doubt solving sessions with learners. This involves addressing individual doubts, clarifying concepts, and providing personalized guidance to help learners overcome challenges they may face.
3. Engage with Learners on Group Chat: A crucial aspect of this role involves actively engaging with learners on group chat platforms such as Telegram. This includes broadcasting messages, sharing informative articles, and conducting polls to foster a sense of community and encourage interaction among learners.
4. Audit Assignments and Provide Detailed Feedback: Another important responsibility is auditing assignments submitted by students and providing comprehensive feedback. This feedback should be detailed and constructive, aimed at helping students understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
