Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the team to list events on the Paytm Insider platform.
- Providing prompt and effective responses to queries and concerns raised by event organizers.
- Assisting the client management point of contact (POC) with incoming requirements and tasks.
- Being available to work on weekends to support event operations, with compensatory time off during the week.
- Progressively engaging with clients on small projects to support their event planning and execution needs.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A recent Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating your academic prowess and readiness to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle data creation, analysis, and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of client servicing activities.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in client or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
