Role Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online tutoring sessions for K-12 students.
- Use diverse instructional strategies to create stimulating learning experiences.
- Provide clear instruction and feedback to enhance student comprehension.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress.
- Collaborate with team leaders to review performance and improve.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Role Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (CEFR Level B2 or higher) and proficient in Math or English Language Arts.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience.
- Complete a 4 to 6-week Certification training and screening process.
- Pass FBI and Indian criminal background checks.
- Participate in daily virtual meetings.
- Available for 4 to 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, between 6pm and 6am IST.
- Type at least 40 words per minute with 95%+ accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Technical Requirements
- Desktop or laptop: Intel i5 or higher, Windows 10 or higher, Google Chrome or Firefox.
- 8GB RAM or higher, CPU Core of 7300 or higher, and 500 GB HDD or 120 GB SSD storage.
- Noise-canceling headphones, microphone, webcam, second monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, and pen tablet.
- Minimum 100 mbps broadband wired network with 25 mbps backup internet.
- Backup power stations lasting at least 8 hours.
