  • Attend incoming phone calls from customers and log all important details accurately into the system.

  • Handle each interaction with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  • Maintain proper records and documentation of all customer interactions.


✅ Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written language (free from heavy regional accent or MTI).

  • Comfortable with customer interactions, especially over phone calls.

  • Basic knowledge of computers and typing is required.

  • Familiarity with digital payment methods like UPI, Google Pay, and other platforms.

  • Good interpersonal skills—should have a positive attitude, be polite, and have the ability to negotiate if required.

  • Should have a sales mindset with an understanding of how to introduce services or products over the phone.

  • Strong listening skills to understand the needs of the customer clearly.

  • Basic understanding of online shopping platforms and customer service processes.

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate)

  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
